Mixed Berry Applesauce
3 lb Gala apples
4 Granny Smith apples
2 c mixed berries
1 2/3 cranberry juice
2 T lemon juice
1 in ginger
2 Anjou pears
Cook in crockpot 8 hrs.
VERY VERY good!!!!!!!!! If there wasn't such a large amount no one else would get to try this.
