Chicken Satay

Chicken Satay
chicken thighs
1/2c coconut milk
1 T grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T corriander
1 T cumin
1 T mustard seed, ground
2 t tumeric

Marinate 6 or more hours.  Broil 450F 10 min, flip, broil until done.
